Technology Support Specialist

Charlotte Pipe and Foundry is hiring a Technology Support Specialist. You'll provide friendly, professional help-desk support, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, set up workstations, manage user accounts and equipment inventory, and document solutions for our knowledgebase. This role is based at our Admin location, with travel to Monroe, Foundry, and satellite sites as needed.

Candidates should have an Associate's degree or equivalent in IT or a related field, 1 year of IT experience preferred, and working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and networking basics. A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus. Availability for occasional after-hours support is required.
