Contract Recruiter — Caregiver / Home Care Hiring (Onsite in Monterey)

Hillendale Home Care is looking for a contract recruiter to help us hire caregivers and home care staff. This is a hands-on, high-volume role for someone who can source, screen, and move candidates through to hire quickly.

The work:

• Source and screen caregivers, HHAs, and home care staff
• Manage candidates from first contact through offer
• Coordinate interviews and keep our pipeline moving
• Partner with our team on weekly hiring targets

You are:

• An experienced recruiter, ideally in home care, healthcare, or high-volume hourly hiring
• Comfortable working onsite at our Monterey office
• Fast-moving, organized, and good with people
• Available to start soon

Details:

• Contract role for 3 months, ~40 hrs/week
• Onsite in Monterey
• Competitive pay based on experience (discussed on first call)
