NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY! NOW HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS

1. Maintenance Technician Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing machinery and equipment. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Maintain equipment records and support facility maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement.
2. Parts Prepper Clean, mask, plug, and prepare metal components for painting and powder coating. Inspect finished parts for quality, remove masking materials, and package completed products. Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with production tasks as needed.
3. Powder Coater Set up and operate powder coating equipment to apply quality finishes to metal components. Prepare parts for coating, operate curing ovens, and inspect finished products. Ensure proper coating application while maintaining production quality and safety standards.
4. Mechanical Assembler Assemble mechanical components and finished products using hand tools, power tools, and blueprints. Read technical drawings, follow assembly instructions, and perform quality inspections. Troubleshoot assembly issues and ensure completed products meet customer specifications.
5. Quality Inspector Inspect manufactured parts and assemblies to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools and blueprints. Identify defects, document inspection results, and support quality improvement efforts.
6. Spot Welder (Levels A, B & C) Operate spot welding equipment to join metal components according to blueprints and work instructions. Set up welding equipment, adjust heat and pressure settings, and inspect completed welds. Maintain welding equipment and ensure products meet quality and production requirements.
7. Press Brake Operator (Levels A, B & C) Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal according to blueprints. Select tooling, adjust machine settings, and perform measurements to ensure accuracy. Inspect finished parts for quality and maintain production efficiency and safety standards.
8. Welder (Levels A, B & C) Perform MIG, TIG, and tack welding to fabricate and assemble metal components. Read blueprints, prepare materials, and set up welding equipment according to specifications. Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
