Swedish Sales Representative

Right now the company are searching for a new employee to assist with answering incoming sales calls. The work consists of the following tasks:

• Answering calls: you are the first person a potential customer speaks to. Therefore, you must always be able to give a good impression over the phone
• Performing remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security checks
• Preparation of safety and performance diagnostics
• Conversion of incoming calls: these should ideally become loyal customers Your qualifications: 💭 You speak and write Swedish and English fluently 🎓 High school diploma is considered a plus 📞 Previous experience in sales or IT/tech support is an advantage but not necessary as full training and support will be given 💻 Tech savvy - computer literate with solid IT knowledge 🥇 Ability to identify sales opportunities We offer:
