We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position will work throughout our six- county service area. The primary purpose of the Maintenance Coordinator position is to complete general maintenance tasks and coordinate contracts and contracted maintenance workers for all Northern Pines facilities. Standard shifts include daytime, weekday hours.

Essential Functions

include various maintenance duties including but not limited to: Coordinate contracts and contracted workers as requested regarding all aspects of facility maintenance including but not limited to: Snow removal External landscaping and groundskeeping Office cleaning HVAC Plumbing Serve as point of contact for all facility-related contractors Maintain familiarity with all facilities in order to answer question for contractors Source contractors (contact, collect bids, etc.)

as needed for special projects or new services Obtaining appropriate documentation from vendors and contractors including but not limited to: proof of insurance, tax documents Regularly visit all facilities and complete routine maintenance inspections on all Northern Pines facilities and address findings as needed Draft and implement preventative maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment Monitor the Central Maintenance inbox.

Receive and respond to general maintenance request from the entire agency in a timely manner Complete general maintenance tasks as needed. Tasks may include but are not limited to: Assembling or repairing office furniture Relocating large office items Cleaning gutters Shovel and/ or salt sidewalks Change furnace filters Change water filters Change light bulbs Check sump pumps Paint touch up Repair doors and fixtures Ensure all facilities are up to date on applicable building codes Qualifications include: High School Diploma or equivalent education One year of applicable maintenance experience Valid MN Driver’s License Physical Requirements include: Ability to operate a motor vehicle Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Sitting and/ or standing for extended periods of time Ability to bend/ reach/ stretch as needed Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Must be able to complete work in a variety of weather conditions Compensation & Benefits include: A starting wage range of: $20 - $24/ hour Health, Dental, Disability and Life insurance with other additional voluntary options for spousal life, short term disability, accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness plans Health Savings account with employer contribution 401K with employer match Generous paid time off (1st - 3rd year, full-time employees earn 19 days/152 hours per year.
