Sales Associate

Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other outreach channels to introduce our products and services. Follow up on assigned leads consistently and guide prospects through the sales process to convert them into paying customers. Identify and engage potential customers, particularly private schools, school owners, headteachers, and educational institutions.

Schedule and conduct school visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations to promote our STEM kits, practical STEM training programmes, and school management software. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and services. Prepare and follow up on quotations, respond to customer enquiries, and assist in addressing objections to close sales.

Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, new leads, and completed sales.

Work with the team to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base and revenue.
