Land Development Engineer

Quality Engineering & Surveying (QES) is seeking a Land Development Engineer to join our expanding engineering team.

In this role, you'll help deliver innovative land development solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and public-sector projects. From initial concept through construction, you'll play a key role in designing infrastructure that supports growth throughout Louisiana and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop grading, drainage, utility, and roadway designs

• Prepare construction plans, reports, and calculations

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

• Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Contribute to successful project execution from start to finish

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• EIT required; PE preferred

• 3+ years of land development experience

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Strong technical and communication skills
