Our 2nd Shift team works only 3 days per week: work 36 hours and get paid for 40!

🔧 What You'll Be Doing** 🟨 Load & unload fixtures and parts 🪵 Debur, package, and prep components 📏 Perform in-process inspections 🛠️ Change tools, rotate inserts & adjust programs 💨 Pressure test parts & troubleshoot issues 🧠 (Level II & III)* Set up jobs, edit programs & work with CMM reports

🌞 What We're Looking For** ✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent ✔️ Manufacturing experience (1+ year preferred) ✔️ Mechanical aptitude & hand-tool skills ✔️ Team player with strong communication
