Responsibilities

and duties Include Organization, coordination and management of project site Review and follow plans and shop drawings Safety on the project site Help guide staff in the safe and productive operation of construction equipment and tools Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Maintain all required paperwork including daily detailed note taking Open communication with customers and project managers Ability to follow NDDOT and ND erosion and sediment control specifications ND erosion and sediment control certification provided Pass a pre-employment drug test EEO Drug Free Work environment Position is considered Safety Sensitive Leadership Qualities Include Trustworthy and dependable is a must Time management skills Open Communication Decision making Ability to adapt to change Production and goal orientated 3 years of management preferred Willingness to learn highly valued Benefits Include Offering top industry wages in highway heavy ranging from $45 per hour plus fringes with the opportunity to earn more based on production and merit Health Insurance HSA 401K/Roth Retirement Vacation time Company pickup Bonus opportunities Gladen Construction, Inc.
