Senior Vice President, Debt Capital Markets Origination TH

For the primary debt market Origination of debt capital markets (“DCM”) instruments including i.e. debenture, convertible debenture, structured debenture, bill of exchange and SOE bond etc. To ensure their activities are conducted according to existing policies and procedures approved by the management and the Board including the Group Chinese Walls Policies and Procedures, where applicable.

To pitch, structure and complete DCM transactions. To work closely with IBK for origination of deals. To work closely with the Syndicate Desk and Fixed Income Sales teams for the sell down of the deals. To coordinate with the relevant parties and authorities including SEC, Rating Agency and Thai BMA, where applicable, in executing DCM transactions.

To work with the relevant parties including the Legal Advisor, Auditor, Registrar and Bondholder representative, where applicable.
