Maintenance Mechanic

• Parker at River Road
• Per diem - $21.00 hourly rate
• The area's highest quality nursing care residence providing a warm and compassionate community - 7:00am - 3:00pm or 1:00pm - 9:00pm (2) shifts per month as needed, including some weekends
• The Maintenance mechanic will perform a variety of carpentry, painting, cleaning and elementary electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing tasks. Drives company vehicle. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School graduate or GED required, including courses in Shop, Mathematics, General Science, Plumbing, Basic Electricity 1, HVAC. Black seal boiler license preferred. At least two years of experience in the building trade. May travel between facilities as required and/or scheduled. Valid New Jersey driver’s license. Flu vaccination required during flu season.
