Program Lead

Join a cutting-edge generative AI initiative focused on developing and improving advanced large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will lead large teams of domain experts responsible for AI training data, human data, and model evaluation programs.

You will transform research objectives into clear guidelines, coordinate daily operations, and ensure that expert contributions meet rigorous quality and productivity standards. Working closely with research, product, and operations teams, you will identify performance gaps, resolve delivery challenges, and continuously improve data quality.
