Purchasing & Delivery Coordinator Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning | Boulder, CO Pay: $24–$28/hour, depending on experience (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM Help Keep Our Team Moving! At Meyers Heating & Air Conditioning, our field teams depend on having the right equipment, materials, and information at the right time.

We're looking for an organized, proactive Purchasing & Delivery Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, communicating with others, and keeping multiple jobs moving forward. This is a fast-paced, in-office position that plays an important role in supporting our technicians, installers, and overall field operations at our Boulder and Colorado Springs locations.

HVAC experience is a plus, but strong purchasing, coordination, and communication skills are what matter most.

What You'll Do

Source and purchase parts, equipment, and materials while balancing competitive pricing, availability, and delivery timelines. Build vendor relationships and follow orders through to completion. Job Coordination: Manage purchasing needs across multiple service and installation work orders, prioritizing urgent requests and keeping the field team informed of delays or changes.

Communication & Follow-Through: Make and receive calls with vendors and team members, resolve issues, and proactively follow up to keep jobs moving. Know when to escalate concerns before they become bigger problems. Warehouse Oversight: Provide daily direction to our Warehouse Specialist, coordinate inventory and material readiness, and serve as backup for receiving and inventory responsibilities.

Grow into additional supervisory responsibilities over time. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate purchasing records, follow established processes, obtain installation permits, and complete required documentation using Field. Edge, Excel, and online platforms. Occasional Deliveries: Pick up or deliver parts and equipment as needed to support field operations.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, scheduling, administrative coordination, or a similar role; equivalent experience considered. Excellent phone communication skills and comfort making and receiving calls throughout the day. Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with computers, Excel, web-based systems, and online ordering. Ability to provide direction and accountability to another team member. Valid driver's license, ability to meet company insurability requirements, and ability to pass a job-related background check consistent with applicable law. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
