WRHP - Denials Management Analyst

Reviews, analyzes and documents all outpatient denials received by payors. Follows up with insurance companies, physicians, various hospital departments (i.e. medical records, financial counseling, healthcare review, managed care, etc.) to assure the recovery of denied revenue. Conducts statistical analysis for all denials.

Assists with the creation of “payor report card” data to be used for contract negotiations.
