Holocaust Community Services Case Manager/Supervisor (Russian speaking)

This is a unique and meaningful opportunity to work with Holocaust survivors and support their independence, well-being, and dignity as they age. As a bilingual Care Manager, you will assess needs, coordinate resources and financial assistance, and connect clients with supportive services and community initiatives. Working with the HCS team, you will support a caseload across office, home, community, and remote settings while participating in supervision, case consultation, and program activities.

This opening may be filled at the HCS Care Manager II or Care Manager/Supervisor level based on qualifications and program needs. Both levels maintain a caseload; the Supervisor also guides Care Managers and provides oversight on complex cases.
