JOB DESCRIPTION Evergreens Salads is growing and we are seeking Team Leads to be a part of our growing company!

Our Team Leads bring enthusiasm to our guest's experience through their culinary knowledge, exemplary guest customer service and ability to maintain a safe and clean store environment. Team leads support the store manager by performing opening and closing duties, ordering product, and managing every aspect of the shift.

• Team Leads work on their feet for most or all of the day. Team Leads will occasionally position themselves (e.g. walk, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, push and pull) to handle or move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Evergreens stores have high noise levels due to operations, guests, and music. Varying schedule may include weekends, evenings, holidays, and other hours as business requires.
