Team Lead, Product Management - Cash, Transaction Banking

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of product managers to drive the strategy, development, and commercialization of Cash Management and Transaction Banking products. Define the product roadmap for cash management solutions, aligning with regional business goals and client needs. Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Sales, and Legal/Compliance teams to ensure seamless product delivery and regulatory compliance.

Drive product profitability, market share growth, and commercialization strategies across target segments. Monitor market trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities and enhancements. Oversee the risk management framework for cash products, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in Business, Finance, or a related field. Extensive experience in Transaction Banking, specifically within Cash Management (Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management). Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing product management teams.

Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and financial technology trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional partners. Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a focus on driving commercial outcomes and risk mitigation.
