Rentals Coordinator - Heavy Industrial Equipment

A Rentals Coordinator is the central communications position of the branch. Operating in a fast paced, exciting environment, the position is directly involved in handling customer inquiries, qualifying customer needs, determining equipment availability, closing and processing orders, coordinating logistics and transportation, developing customer relationships and working with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support.

This position provides direct support to the Rental Center Operations Manager and sales team. You will develop the skills, knowledge and experience to prepare you for exciting career advancement opportunities into sales and management by learning and mastering the company’s products and operational procedures.
