3. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation
4. TB clearance dated within the last four (4) years (may be submitted once employment offer is accepted). Comments and Other Information IF SELECTED FOR AN INTERVIEW YOU WILL BE CONTACTED BY HUMAN RESOURCES. Interview dates have not been scheduled. The selected candidate for the position will complete LiveScan fingerprinting and drug screening. The LiveScan rolling fee is paid by the employee.
