Pruning and Bedcare Team Member Job Summary Maintain all commercial and residential accounts. Knowledge of all pruning and bed work procedures. To be able to identify plant material, flowers and weeds. Must work under the direction of the Bedcare and Pruning team leader. Qualification Plant and flower identification is a must.

Knowledge of chemicals and fertilizers and their effects on plant material. You must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Position may be seasonal. Personal A valid State of Michigan driver’s license. A chauffeur’s license and a medical card a must to operate a company vehicle.
