• Quick Hiring Process The Job: Lead From The Front This is an active, hands-on warehouse role where you’ll work alongside your team, support daily operations and help keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination. During your shift, you’ll: Lead by example while supporting Package Handlers with daily warehouse activities Help train and guide new team members on safe and efficient package handling Work with operations leadership to keep the team organized and the sort running smoothly Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds Help maintain a safe, organized and productive warehouse environment Work alongside your team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time Want to see the job before you apply? What You’ll Need To join our team, you’ll need to: Be at least 18 years old Be authorized to work in the United States Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require Be comfortable supporting teammates, communicating expectations and leading by example Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to: Repeatedly lift packages as described above Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment Premium Holiday Pay Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day Ready To Lead The Rush?
