Fleet Operations Manager

This role is responsible for leading the back-office fleet operations function that supports the strategic movement, procurement, deployment, and administration of Sunstate equipment across markets. The Manager, Fleet Operations leads a team of Fleet Coordinators and partners closely with field operations, logistics, suppliers, used equipment sales, vehicle management, IT, and Business Intelligence to maximize fleet utilization, load efficiency, visibility, and execution.

This leader will help ensure the right equipment is in the right market at the right time while maintaining accurate fleet records, supplier communication, and scalable operating processes.
