Case Manager - School Based Mental Health - 2325-4-1

Provide case management to children in local schools. Position is responsible for ensuring that youth receive services to assist them in accessing the needed medical, psychiatric, social, education and other supports essential to meeting their basic needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in human services or related field is preferred with one year experience of direct care or any equivalent combination of training, skills and abilities as defined by DMAS. Some flexibility in schedules may be an option.

LOCATION: Martinsville City Schools, Patrick Henry Elementary
