Calibration Engineer

DriveTech Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an EMS ECU Calibration & Validation Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in gasoline EMS calibration and validation. The role involves ECU function validation, vehicle testing, CAN/LIN diagnostics, ECU flashing, WLTP compliance, and technical documentation while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ETAS INCA, Vector tools, UDS/OBD diagnostics, and automotive ECU validation . A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a valid LMV driving license are required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automobile, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline. 3–4 years of experience in EMS ECU Calibration & Validation. Hands-on experience with ETAS INCA, MDA, CANoe, CANalyzer, Indigo, and vFlash . Strong knowledge of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, UDS, OBD, DTC, DiD, Variant Coding, and EOL validation .

Experience in WLTP emission compliance and gasoline EMS development. Familiarity with DFMEA, ISO 26262, and Automotive Cybersecurity . Good analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid LMV Driving License.
