Fuel Business Development & Operations Manager

The Manager of Fuel Operations & Business Development is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operational excellence of Crawford Oil Company's fuel business. This position provides strategic leadership for approximately 150 company-operated Shell locations, the branded dealer network, fuel supply programs, and business development initiatives.

The incumbent serves as the primary liaison between Retail Operations, Pricing, Fleet Sales, Dispatch, Fuel Suppliers, Dealers, Marketing, Maintenance, Compliance, and Executive Leadership to ensure the successful execution of Crawford Oil's fuel strategy while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence and customer experience.
