Pay : $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

*Join Our Mission at Great Strides ABA: ** Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable *Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)to work part-time with a16-year-oldclient for approximately20 hours per week.

Hours: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri (2-6pm) & Thurs. (11-4pm)

What You'll Do :

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What You’ll Need :** **

• Required: High School Diploma
• Required: RBT Certification
• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years' experience working with children
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
