Warehouse Associate Level I,II,III

Receive and Inspect Materials

• Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips or purchase orders.

• Report and document any damage or discrepancies.

Move and Transport Materials

• Safely move raw materials, parts, and finished goods to designated areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.

• Support production or warehouse operations by ensuring timely material flow.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning, labeling, and data entry.

• Perform counts and assist in physical inventory audits.

Order****Picking and Packing

• Pick materials or products from inventory using appropriate procedures.

• Pack, label, and prepare shipments according to company or customer requirements.

Maintain Clean and Safe Work Area

• Follow safety procedures and report hazards or incidents.

• Keep workspaces organized and clean to support lean manufacturing principles.

Operate Material Handling Equipment

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently.

• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and report maintenance issues.

Document and Report

• Complete shipping, receiving, and inventory forms accurately.

• Communicate any issues with materials, inventory levels, or safety concerns to supervisors.

Collaborate****Across Departments

• Work closely with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure material needs are met.

• Assist in resolving material shortages or discrepancies.

Support Continuous Improvement

• Suggest process improvements for material handling efficiency and safety.

• Participate in training and cross-training efforts as needed.
