Description We are looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our Food & Beverage team at Le Méridien Charlotte | Sheraton Charlotte. This role plays an important part in keeping our kitchen operations running smoothly while supporting our team in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests. Schedule: Full-time with flexible availability for both AM and PM shifts.

What You’ll Do Operate dishwashing equipment and hand wash items as needed. Maintain clean and organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas. Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment. Assist with plate-up and food production as needed. Remove trash and maintain clean kitchen floors and work areas. Assist with inventory of china, glassware, silverware, equipment, and supplies.

Ensure equipment is in proper working condition and report shortages or concerns. Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and company standards. Support efficient kitchen operations and overall service performance.

Requirements

Skills to be successful in this role would include: Must have a knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors. Minimum lifting of 50 pounds. Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity. Hearing, reading, writing. Minimum pulling of 50 pounds. Other duties may be assigned. EOE
