Reconditioning Expert/Detailer

You’re the last stop before the customer falls in love. As a Detail Specialist, your job is to turn every vehicle into a showroom superstar—inside and out. From deep cleans to final touches, you make cars look better than new and ready to wow every customer that sees them.

What You’ll Do:

• Wash, wax, vacuum, and detail vehicles to perfection
• Bring out that “wow” factor on every car, truck, and SUV
• Catch the small stuff others miss (because details matter)
• Work with the team to keep inventory front-line ready

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy and pride in your work
• Eye for detail (the little things are the big things here)
• Hustle, reliability, and a team-first mindset
• Someone who enjoys seeing a job done right

Why It’s Awesome: You get instant results, take pride in your work, and play a huge role in the customer experience. When a customer says “this thing looks brand new,” that’s you.
