Corporate Paralegal

The Corporate Paralegal supports the Legal Department in managing the corporate and regulatory infrastructure that allows Troon and its affiliated entities to operate. The role has primary responsibility for licensing and permits, corporate governance, entity management, compliance, and tax and finance related filings across a large portfolio of legal entities and golf, hospitality, and racquets facilities.

The successful candidate is organized, detail driven, and comfortable managing many deadlines at once with limited supervision.
