Compensation

$37.50 per hour Programs Offered: Business, Coding, Government, Pre-Med, Economics. Responsibilities:Collaborate alongside co-instructors to teach a class of high-school aged students. Each Academies program is a week-long - you will likely be teaching new students every week. Class sizes vary by subject (capped at 30) and we target a student-instructor ratio of no more than 15:1Deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on our provided curricula.

Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Monitor student progress and facilitate them in creating a capstone project. Assist with program logistics if necessary. Qualifications:Current Harvard undergraduate student. Passionate about education and working with students. Strong communication skills. Ability to commit to working for given program weeks.
