• (PRN as needed) at our A.G. Rhodes Atlanta or Cobb Community. This position will be on an as-needed basis, with a minimum of two shifts per month. Weekend availability a plus! Our Benefit s package for Environmental Services (PRN as needed) includes: Bonus for working holidays Matching 403b Retirement Plan Robust Wellness & Rewards program Discounted Employee Meals Minimum Qualifications include: High School Diploma or Equivalent 4 years experience in Housekeeping, Laundry and/or Floor Tech 2 years experience in LTC/skilled nursing community required Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred Ability to flex between various Environmental Services roles Genuine passion for working with elders Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to foster team work with fellow care partners Ability to complete Environmental services duties as needed Strong organization and time management skills Flexible and positive attitude PRN-As needed position
