Sr. Director, Wealth Financial Consolidation & KPI Reporting
Job description
About the Role
Integrity Wealth is a multi-business platform, and leadership needs one trusted view of how it performs. We are looking for a Senior Director to own the consolidation of financial and KPI reporting across every wealth business unit, and to make sure the data behind it is correct, consistently defined, and well managed.
Reporting to the CFO of Integrity Wealth, you will build the division-level view that executives, the Board, and our ownership group rely on, and you will be a key collaborator across the business units to help them build the systems and processes to clearly manage the data. This is a leadership role for someone who combines technical depth in consolidation and FP&A with the influence to set standards across business units that do not directly report to you.
What You Will Do
Consolidated reporting and planning Own the consolidated monthly and quarterly financial and KPI reporting package for Integrity Wealth, including P&L, EBITDA, margins, revenue by business unit, and division-level KPIs. Lead the consolidated annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan, rolling up BU submissions into a single division view.
Deliver executive-level commentary on variances, trends, risks, and opportunities across the division, with forward-looking analysis, not only historical results. Prepare Board, lender, and sponsor-ready materials and support ad hoc requests from the CFO and executive leadership. Data verification and BU accountability Establish a BU data certification process: each business unit confirms its financial and KPI data is complete and accurate before consolidation.
Reconcile BU reporting to the general ledger and financial statements in partnership with Accounting; investigate and resolve differences with BU finance teams. Review BU submissions for consistency in definitions, mapping, intercompany treatment, and timing; escalate gaps and track remediation to closure. Monitor data quality and flag issues early, before they reach executive or Board reporting.
KPI framework and governance Own the division-wide KPI dictionary: definitions, calculation methodologies, targets, and data sources, applied consistently across every business unit. Maintain the reporting calendar, data-submission standards, and documentation and controls over models, KPI calculations, and consolidation processes.
Evaluate and implement consolidation, planning, and BI tools; drive standardization and automation of reporting. Leadership and partnership Lead and develop the consolidation and reporting team. Partner with BU finance leaders as a trusted colleague, setting standards and improving practices across teams without direct authority.
Work with Accounting, Data & Analytics, Technology, and Sales and Operations leaders to connect operational activity to financial outcomes. Support M&A diligence and the integration of newly acquired businesses into the consolidated reporting structure. KPIs You Will Oversee Financial: revenue growth, gross profit and margin, operating expenses, EBITDA and margin, forecast accuracy, operating leverage, cash flow and liquidity.
Revenue and business performance: revenue by business unit and advisor group, recurring vs. transactional revenue, advisory revenue and AUM, production trends, retention, concentration, and revenue per advisor. Operational: advisor growth, AUM/AUA, account and client growth, productivity, compensation and payout trends, technology and vendor costs, and headcount.
New / Existing / Lost advisor NNA tracking, with associated revenue and profit impacts What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial reporting, including experience consolidating results across multiple business units or legal entities.
Experience leading teams and influencing finance partners and business leaders outside your direct reporting line. Demonstrated experience designing KPI frameworks and data governance or certification processes. Strong understanding of financial statements, account mapping, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliation of management reporting to the general ledger.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with consolidation, planning, and BI tools such as One. Stream, Anaplan, Oracle EPM / Hyperion, Power BI, or Tableau. Demonstrated ability to work across multiple BU rollup environments. Experience presenting to senior leadership and Boards; ability to explain complex results to non-financial audiences.
Sound judgment, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities against executive deadlines. Clear ability to utilize AI to solve complex problems at a detailed data level. Preferred Experience in wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, insurance distribution, or other financial services. Experience in a private equity–backed or rapidly growing, multi-entity organization, including sponsor or lender reporting.
M&A diligence and integration experience. CPA, CFA, MBA, or other advanced degree or designation.
