What You'll Do

As a Flexographic Press Operator, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating a Nilpeter flexographic printing press while ensuring the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and safety.

Key responsibilities include

Set up and operate flexographic printing equipment to meet quality and production standards Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed Manage materials and reduce product waste Work closely with team members to maintain efficient production flow Support Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, and continuous improvement initiatives Contribute to a culture of innovation and operational excellence What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills 2+ years of printing experience Experience with cold foils, hot stamp dies, rotary screens, and tactile varnishes Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Familiarity with ISO quality systems Why Join Smyth?
