Corporate Development Analyst

Our Corporate Development Analyst supports the identification, valuation, planning, and execution of internal and external business development/growth projects and/or acquisitions/JVs. This role will also support the optimization of Sprague’s existing portfolio of assets and businesses. This individual will be adept at gathering and evaluating data, including financial and operational information, developing projections and discounted cash flow/scenario analyses, evaluating projects and/or acquisition targets, and making recommendations to senior management.

The role will also play a supporting role in the due diligence and post-close integration of acquisitions.
