We have an immediate opening for a lien letter coordinator! Duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Order requirements for real estate closings, including but not limited to municipal certifications, tax certifications, and water and sewer certifications. Prepare daily reports to identify workflow and priorities Other knowledge, skills and abilities required are: A high school diploma or equivalent Associate's degree preferred A minimum of 3 years recent settlement, real estate or mortgage experience is preferred but not required - we will train the right candidate!
