Job description
- Responsible for order fulfillment and shipping arrangement.
- Collect customer PO/FCST demand from sales, monitor materials status, including pull in materials with buyer and supplier.
- Align build plan to coordinate factory build activities and follow production status.
- Handle shipment arrangement, operation related issue tracking and follow up to close
- Join weekly meeting with customers and deliver order status.
- AP/AR/EXCESS management, provide monthly billing plan.
要求 / Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree; Business, or engineering background.
- Good communication in English(TOEIC 750+ is a must).
- Familiar with EXCEL is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure, good interaction with team work, responsible, positive and patience work attitude.
- Time-Oriented, excellent in problem solving and negotiation.
- Good interaction with customers.
- Sensitive in numbers.
- 2 years+ in ODM/OEM industry is a plus.
