Inventory Control Analyst

Job Title: Inventory Control Analyst Location: St. Charles, MO 63304 The Inventory Analyst will track, analyze, research, reconcile, and report to Purchasing Manager all resolved and unresolved inventory variances outside of accepted tolerances for: raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that KPI metrics are maintained and reported daily/weekly/monthly for the following: stock outs, stock accuracy, inventory turnover rate, optimal stock levels and discrepancies Continuous analysis of inventory usage and balances for all products for all locations in Natoli Portfolio Perform root causes of the errors and execute correct system transactions to reconcile and resolve variances Ability to identify inventory solutions to meet dept.

and corporate objectives Identify all inventory in WIP (work in progress) has been transacted correctly Assist material handling with cycle counting and audits when necessary Complete all necessary documentation in accordance with SOP’. Employees may perform other related duties as assigned Required Skills and Attributes: Must be at least 18 years of age Proven ability to reduce or eliminate stock out situations, improve stock accuracy, optimize inventory turnover rate, maintain optimal stock levels, minimize discrepancies.

Strong analytical, root cause and problem-solving skills required Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions that facilitate information sharing and decision making while providing a solution Solid business acumen and effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization Effective inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and written Knowledge of Syspro and Great Plains is preferred not required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field, CPIM certification a plus Experience with ERP, MRP systems and report writing software Benefits: Retirement Plans: 401(k) with matching contributions.
