Paint Production Engineer

We want you to: Support production and engineering team with production and quality problems Propose budget for investment of new equipment and drive these investments Produce written reports and make presentations To take an active role in the solution of quality improvement activities Participating in problem solving teams, execute process improvement projects Prepare project outlines, follow up the schedule and budget issues Decide, implement and manage KPI (key performance indicators) You will also need to have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering 1-3 years' experience in relevant automotive industry Willing to work in painting, sealing & coating systems Robotic and automation knowledge is a plus Advanced level of English in writing and speaking Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office tools, additional computer skills are plus Excellent ability to use CAD software to understand 2D or 3D design prints (preferably Autocad, Catia) Approach for cost saving activities Knowledge of a wide range of problem-solving tools & methods (Root Cause Analysis, 8D, Poke Yoke, Six Sigma etc.)
