Position : Marketing Executive Department : Marketing & Communications – Viya Golf Reports To : Marketing Manager Job Purpose : To support and create commercially-led and memorable marketing campaigns that follow the overall strategy in line with departmental and club standards at Viya Golf Abu Dhabi, in order to grow our brands, gain more leads and drive revenue across the business.

The role will maintain a particular focus on Food & Beverage operations and the Golf Clubs entities at the Viya Golf.

1. Main Duties: 1.1 Report to Marketing Manager – responsible for the day-to-day delivery of marketing for outlets and events, focusing on increasing marketing penetration and awareness and revenue growth. 1.2 With an eye for detail, creativity and sales calls to action, support in the management of the Viya Golf brand and that of its products, helping to deliver strong brand and revenue growth. 1.3 Help to deliver the operational, branding and marketing plan for areas of responsibility, while taking the lead on day-to-day project management of marketing activities. 1.4 Responsible for keeping allocated social media accounts active and engaging, with strong calls to action; including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, whilst keeping updated with the latest trends to continuously develop and expand the social media presence. 1.5 Liaise with the PR Agency and press to assure the correct publicity comes out. 1.6 Use initiative and benchmarking to produce ideas for live activations and promotions, adhering to the brand guidelines at all times. 1.7 Close liaison with other departments within the club to ensure that promotions and key messages are communicated in a timely and efficient manner. 1.8 Briefing in artworks to Viya Golf Publishing, working with the designers to create artworks in various sizes and styles. Assist the designers in generating new ideas and designs for artworks. 1.9 Provide other support to the Head of Marketing Communications and Managers

• Marcom as and when required. 1.10 Produce reports for all activities undertaken with reference to measurement and ROI where appropriate. Including maintaining and reviewing plans for key campaigns. 1.11 Responsible for the update and management of the outlets and promotions on the website, in addition to branded emails to members and visitors to the club. 1.12 Coordinate video and photo shoots at locations. 1.13 Responsible for maintaining and update Content Calendars for all social media profiles including monitoring four WhatsApp groups that are set up for generating content. Updating social media as and when is required (including out of office hours). 1.14 Presence and involvement may be required at PR events and Meetings. 1.18Control the marketing share drive for designated outlets and business areas, keeping files and reports up to date.

1. Ancillary Duties: In line with Viya Golf’s goal of continuous improvement, you may be requested to participate in various extra activities contributing towards individuals and organizational growth, as well as attending any meeting, training or seminars to help develop yourself and the club.

5. Co-operate, co-ordinate and share information with Internal/External Audit teams as appropriate and applicable.
6. Attend Information Security Awareness sessions conducted by the wasl IT Department.
7. All Information Security breaches, events, weaknesses, incidents (actual or suspected breaches) shall be immediately reported to the IT Service Desk.

Levels of Authority: Prepared by: Marketing Manager Approved by: Head of Marketing & Communications POSITION: Marketing Executive MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED SUPPORTIVE SKILLS Bachelor of any marketing or business field with minimum of an internship in a similar position Relevant qualifications/training in areas relevant to job description.
