Responsibilities

Taking responsibility for the effective execution, governance, and continuous improvement of operational business processes within the assigned area/s of responsibility (e.g. COP, WHL, Service, Procurement), ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives Serving as the point of contact for SCM/ERP processes and providing first-level support to users on process-related issues Monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs, and developing and implementing measures to achieve targets and improve processes Coordinating with internal and international interfaces, ensuring the flow of information, and assisting in finding solutions to process or logistics disruptions Conducting training sessions and maintaining process documentation, including creating and updating training materials, reports, and presentations Providing support for process adjustments, system testing, and the implementation of national legal and tax requirements in coordination with international departments All other duties as assigned by management (e.
