Essential Functions

Validate all requirements and create a quote Determine margin profile related to customer and OEM on behalf of Denali Receive PO from customer and validate accuracy Validate if the current part number is accurate Participate in weekly department and customer status meetings Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) Conduct effective communication with Denali sales and operations personnel Provide quality service to Denali’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding Denali Values at all times Work on multiple complex high-priority projects and provide timely support to deliver within scope, budget, and timelines Work cross-functionally with Services Operations on non-standard quote requirements (i.

The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources.

Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to other offsite locations as needed for project support. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED 1-3 Years of Experience Qualifications: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of administrative support or order processing experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years of sales or procurement-related experience Licensing/Certifications are not required; Manufacture Sales Certifications or Sales Acumen Training and Salesforce CRM experience is a plus AAP/EEO Statement: 3MD Inc.
