Location: Start Date: January 4, 2027 Newell Elementary School 27 High Street, Allentown, NJ TITLE: LONG-TERM LEAVE REPLACEMENT SPECIAL ED-ELEMENTARY TEACHER REPORTS TO: PRINCIPAL / VICE PRINCIPAL/DIRECTOR OF SPEC ED REQUIREMENT : Valid NJ State Instructional Certificate #1000 or #1001 and #2475 JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-time, temporary position Anticipated Effective Dates: January 4, 2027 through June 30, 2027 Prepare and deliver lesson plans to students demonstrating deep knowledge of content standards Knowledge of CKLA and Innovamat a plus!

Possess effective communication, listening, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with parents Upholds and enforces school rules, administrative regulations and Board policy. Salary

• Salary for this position shall be in accordance with the current agreed upon collective bargaining agreement. EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with State guidelines and the provision of the Board's policy on evaluation of certified personnel.
