Provide hands-on training to ensure new officers understand site policies, procedures, post orders, and expectations. Serve as a liaison between officers and supervisors, helping address questions, concerns, and operational issues. Serve as a subject matter expert on security operations and procedures across all shifts.

Conduct on-the-job training and provide coaching to officers to improve performance and ensure compliance. Evaluate new officers’ performance and provide feedback to supervisors regarding training progress and readiness. Assist supervisors with identifying training needs and developing additional training when necessary.

Ensure officers are properly prepared to perform their assigned duties and respond effectively to incidents. Maintain consistent training standards across all shifts and posts. Reinforce company, client, and property policies and procedures through ongoing coaching and instruction.
