Shop's high standards for appearance and presentation before delivery to our customers. This is a flat-rate position that rewards efficiency, productivity, and quality workmanship. Responsibilities include

Perform interior and exterior detailing on vehicles to Car. Shop quality standards Prepare vehicles for customer delivery according to established processes and procedures Inspect vehicles to ensure cosmetic quality and cleanliness meet company expectations Work efficiently in a flat-rate production environment while maintaining quality standards Maintain detailing equipment and tools in proper working condition Report equipment maintenance or repair needs to the Detail Manager Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment Strive to exceed individual performance goals while embodying Car.

Shop's culture and values What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of automotive detailing experience , preferably in a fast-paced dealership environment Previous experience working in a production or flat-rate environment preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet production goals Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Team-oriented with strong communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing Ready to Join Our Team?
