Coordinate configuration changes with Cyber Operations, Data Privacy, data owners, and device-management teams; document policy-approval and implementation responsibilities, with Cyber Security Engineering retaining security-policy design ownership.
Stay informed on advancements in the Microsoft 365 platform, Entra, Intune, and Purview, and recommend improvements to configuration, user experience, and governance. Adhere to SOX, PCI, TISAX, and other regulatory requirements as applicable to Garmin’s AutoOEM and Aviation environments. Identify automation opportunities (e.

Working knowledge of Exchange Online and Entra ID / Conditional Access, with the ability and willingness to grow to a shared-ownership level. Strong understanding of the M365 end-user experience and a track record of improving usability, adoption, and collaboration outcomes. Experience evaluating and rolling out new M365 capabilities and managing the service-health / release pipeline.
Experience with Microsoft licensing administration and compliance, including consumption / true-up analysis and the differences across E3, E5, and add-on SKUs. Working knowledge of Intune (MDM / MAM) and Microsoft Purview (sensitivity labels, DLP, retention), including implementing security configuration to defined standards.
