As an Activities Leader , you will play a vital role in developing and providing engaging social activities for our assisted living residents, ensuring each person is treated with respect and dignity.

Responsibilities

Implement and participate in recreational activities that are scheduled on the monthly activity calendar Assist in coordinating appropriate entertainment Attend/assist residents on community outings Attend/assist in resident special events/holiday outings Lead daily activities according to the calendar Clean and straighten up each area after an activity is completed prior to leaving that area Understand residents' needs for patience, tactile stimulation, sensory stimulation, re-direction, and remain calm in all types of situations Requirements: Weekends are a requirement, with a schedule that includes Tuesday thru Saturday Ability to foster a fun, creative, and positive environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: $16.
