About the role

(This is an on-site role, located in Bloomington) The Leasing Manager serves as a vital source of market knowledge and strategy for both the Granite management and leasing staff, while serving as the face of Granite by representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability . The Leasing Manager is a point of contact to management and tenants, both prospective and current.

What you'll do

Highly knowledgeable of Granite managed properties including property locations, attributes and amenities Actively provide feedback including market knowledge, input and recommendations concerning leasing and pricing strategy across each property Guide and support leasing staff using market expertise, experience and understanding Familiar with the roles and responsibilities of Granite staff and departments to help in being a better resource to tenants and other external stakeholders Schedule and facilitate property visits and showings in an effort to secure new leases Prepare and present both new and renewal leases to both prospective and current tenants while answering any questions regarding the lease and managed property Process and complete lease and other internal documentation Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order, if applicable Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity All other duties, as assigned Qualifications Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Personal Traits and Characteristics: Approachable and personable Helpful and outgoing Honest, meticulous and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and ability/willingness to multitask Adaptable, detail oriented and thorough Benefits Performance based incentive program Health Insurance Ancillary Insurance (Dental, Vision, Life, Disability) 401k Paid Vacation Paid Holidays About Granite Management, LLC Granite Management, LLC is dedicated to high-road, above-and-beyond, leading-edge property management of student housing.
