Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited program for licensed practical nurses. Licenses/Certification: Current Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN License issued in the state of facility location. BLS required. ACLS preferred. Experience: Minimum one year’s prior experience in an acute care setting preferred. Safety Sensitive-Designated Position
