Business Analytics and Reporting Analyst

The Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst is a strategic partner to FP&A and business leaders, helping turn financial and operational data into clear insights, practical recommendations, and better business decisions. The role develops a strong understanding of how Enclave operates, identifies meaningful performance drivers, defines trusted KPIs, improves reporting processes, and translates business questions into scalable analytics solutions.

This position works closely with IT and data resources but is primarily accountable for business analysis, decision support, reporting, solution validation, and user adoption rather than enterprise data engineering or platform administration.
